Our reception and administration areas have been designed specifically for your comfort. Several knowledgeable and helpful staff members are here to assist, with either an obligation free quote or to advise how to complete an insurance claim. We will eliminate the worry and hassle of your claim.
When accidents happen we understand that finding the time to obtain a quote for your vehicle can be difficult. If you are unable to come in please phone us to arrange for our estimator to visit your home or business address. We also offer complimentary local pick up / delivery and loan vehicles are available by appointment.
Our customer lounge is equipped with complimentary snacks and refreshments, daily newspapers, Internet and television. Customer tours of our repair facility can also be arranged.

We have the latest in computerised colour matching and paint mixing systems insuring expert colour matching, rock-hard mirror finish and lifetime-of-ownership warranty. To decrease our ecological footprint we also use Glasurit Waterborne Paint.
Here at H Harvey Prestige we are especially attentive to detail. The detailing department takes meticulous care to ensure your vehicle is returned in the best possible condition and to a standard equivalent to when purchased.

In support of the panel and paint divisions, we also house our own air conditioning, wheel alignment, glass replacement and paintless dent repair departments. We also have our own specially dedicated aluminium booths for specialised alloy repairs.
Not to mention we are an authorised Permagard Paint Protection approved applicator and an accredited Data Dot Dealer.
